Dodge Ram Evap code

2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x2 5.9L Engine - Check Engine Light

I replaced some vacuum hoses...light still on

Checked evap canister...light still on

Released pressure build up in fuel tank...light still on

Just pulled the code #P1486

Any ideas??

p1486 code on your vehicle is Evap Leak Monitor Pinched Hose Detected. You need to inspect all your evaporitive emmisions hoses need to be checked for kinks or blockage. If no problem is found replace the Leak detection pump.
